ACADEMIC Success and Professional Development Plan Part 1: Developing an Academic and Professional Network

Academic Success Goal-Setting

Goals are similar to guidelines in that they lead a person from one place to the next. The heading that one needs to reach a goal is provided by objectives. The best way to achieve outcomes is to plan for the future while living each day as it comes. Consider the future: how can one define success, what motivates an individual, and what motivates an individual to get up in the morning? In my case, I shall work with my Academic Advisor and Professors. See Part 4

Part 1 Developing an Academic and Professional Network Sample

My Academic Advisor will assist me in defining and developing realistic instructional vocation designs by establishing calendar arrangements for each semester, if necessary, in order to maintain a cutting-edge calendar plan through graduation. He will also keep track of progress toward instructional goals and meet with me at least once a semester to assess progress toward completing my suggested program and discuss assessments and other performance indicators. And I feel that my Academic Advisor’s mission is to assist me in my development and growth by developing key instructional plans that are aligned with my objectives.

In addition, My Professor will educate me in a wide range of post-optional domains. She can write scholarly papers, do research, and teach. Students’ ability to participate in basic discussions and standard reasoning should be improved. Advance and foster togetherness as well as group clarity. Ascertain that the motivating structure and approaches are in accordance with the instructional standards. Collaboration is essential, and the more experience I gain, the better. Begin now by collaborating with others to accomplish a goal. Regardless of my previous experiences, there is always room for improvement.

An experienced and working Nurse Practitioner and a Nurse Educator are the two professionals with whom I will collaborate in order to be successful in my MSN program and as a practicing nurse. This nurse practitioner specializes in Adult Gerontology in Acute Care settings and works at the same hospital where I do. She goes around the hospital making rounds. She follows stringent expert recommendations three times a week and so provides human services, but she also coaches, teaches, and supervises caregiving. Assist in the improvement of patients’ well-being. Nurse specialists operate independently as well as collaboratively with other human service professionals.

They provide a comprehensive range of intense, critical, and well-known human services administrations, such as diagnosing and treating severe and acute conditions, dealing with general acute cases of patients, prescribing drugs and other medications, and requesting tests, such as x-rays and lab work. Every time I visit a nurse practitioner, I ask questions because it motivates and inspires me to want to help my patients more in this way.

Similarly, the Nurse Practitioner, in collaboration with the Nurse Educator RN-BSN- MSN, will assist me in obtaining my BSN. Nurse Educators are both enlisted medical personnel and instructors who bring their clinical skills and advanced training to the educating profession. Attendant instructors, who may work in a school or in a medical practice, are responsible for training both future and present medical professionals (Bargach et al., 2021 Part 1 Developing an Academic and Professional Network Sample). Our Nurse Educator has extensive relevant expertise and advanced training, as well as executive experience, in which they write nursing course content, develop training programs, and supervise nurture annotated data. Using all of the resources available at work and school will aid in my program’s success (Spieler et al., 2021).

Walden’s vision, mission, goals, and social change activities align with my professional and academic aims of becoming an Adult Gerontology practitioner who investigates techniques for improving health outcomes through effective communication and collaboration. Take advantage of student assistance programs because I am committed to academic success (Andersen et al., 2021). Attending all classes, remaining focused, creating a study schedule, requesting assistance from the library’s writing center, getting to know my lecturer and asking for aid when needed, making better health decisions (sleeping, eating habits, and lowering work stress) (Menhennick, 2021).
